The ground floor is open plan and includes a spacious living room with a fireplace next to a dining area for eight people with a large balcony overlooking the bay of Kalathas. After this comes a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances. On the same level there is also a WC. From the living room there is access to a big covered veranda with space for 15 people.
The first floor consists of a large 80sqm master bedroom with a walk-in-closet, a seating area, a safety box, ceiling mounted plasma TV, DVD and air conditioning units. The bedroom has en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower, two sinks and a toilet. Next to it there is a twin bedroom which shares the bathroom ideal for young children which their parents stay in the master bedroom.
