As you enter the villa there is a living room, a dining area and a
kitchen. Outside the living room there is a shaded balcony that
overlooks the pool and offers beautiful views of the town of Agios
Nikolaos.
Stairs lead to the upper floor where
there are three bedrooms. One master with a double king-size bed, en
suite shower bathroom and a balcony with superb views of the town, and
two more, one double and one twin, which share a bathroom with a tub.
From
the living room stairs also lead down to the ground floor which has
access to the terrace , the pool and garden. On this level there is an
open plan area with a second kitchen, sitting and dining area. Also
there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin
beds. These 2 bedrooms have a sharing bathroom with a shower.
Outside you will find a pool with sun loungers , a lawn area with a rock
garden, flowers and trees and a sitting area under a pergola. On a
separate area also with lawn there is a BBQ with a wood oven where you
can prepare a tasty meal for your loved ones.
