Villa Dimitra is 230sqm. On the ground floor you`ll find the living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Stairs on the left of the kitchen lead up to a master bedroom which has a double bed its own bathroom with a tub and a balcony with a sea view. On the right of the kitchen there are other steps that lead up to two more bedrooms (each with twin beds that can convert into doubles) which share a bathroom with a shower.
From the leaving room a few steps lead down to a comfortable sitting room/ TV room and the fourth bedroom with two single beds. On this level there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The villa has a beautiful garden with an artificial pond and colourful flowers, a 50sqm swimming pool with salt water and a deck with a pergola, sitting area and sun loungers.
Outside the kitchen there is a terrace with a big dining table for 10 people and an outdoor sofa. In front of the living room there is another comfortable sitting area with a sofa, armchairs and table. The villa also offers a BBQ and ping pong table for its guests to use.
