Star Luxury villa is a three-story villa consisting of six bedrooms, divided into three floors,
one of them on the ground floor, with king size bed and access to the backyard and one
office room with a sofa that can be converted into two single beds.
On the lower floor,
there is a communal bathroom with two showers suitable for all the guests and a fully
equipped gym for anyone that wants to keep up with their workout routine. Furthermore,
in the same area, there are two more bedrooms with king-size beds. The rest of the
bedrooms are situated on the upper floor and are all equipped with king-size beds and
ensuite bathrooms, overlooking amazing sea views from the private balcony. Luxury and
modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality
products.
The real heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen which is situated on the
ground floor, fully equipped with branded appliances and facilities, making holiday
cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a

The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 25-26°C
