These villas are built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious and modern living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a shower. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, with furnished verandas that share a bathroom with a tub.
A few steps lead from the living room to the lower level where there is a second living room, one double bedroom en suite with a bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet and a laundry room.
