Villa Moonlight is newly built complex is located on the picturesque south-east coast of Crete, in the quiet, agricultural village of Koutsouras. The enclosed private property sits on a pedestrian walk in front of the rocky Mediterranean, with leisure lounge areas by the pool and the beach front. The south-east coast of Crete is devoid of currents and other dangers and provide a safe haven for those who enjoy swimming in the open sea.

Villa Moonligh consists of four different villas, Callisto, Ganymende, Europa and Io, all villas overlook the blue waters of the Mediterranean (Libyan sea) with its beautiful rocky horizon, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, surfing and other water sports. It is surrounded by water and has spectacular moonlight views on the sea. Because of the Villa’s Southwestern outlook, sunset views are also equally beautiful.

You can find a pebble beach, restaurants and tavernas at a walk-able distance (~5min walk). But you can also enjoy numerous other beaches that are 5 – 15 minute drive from the property.

Moon Europa (top floor) is the owner’s private apartment with beautiful contemporary furnishings made of wood and glass. It features two independent, entirely private wings, sharing the spectacular common areas: 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, all with great sea views (yes, even the baths have views to the sea!). The spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, situated on the southeast corner of the villa, includes a king size bed, a private balcony, and an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the same East wing there is a second double bedroom and a luxury bathroom with a Whirlpool tub with color therapy and a separate shower with hydro-massage. The 3rd bedroom in the West wing faces the amazing southwest coastline, and has its own private bathroom. The Europa villa also has state-of-the-art kitchen facilities (ice maker, wine cooler, grill, gas and electric cook-top). Europa features a large sea-facing veranda with loungers, dining and an outdoor whirlpool hot spa.

Moon Callisto (ground floor) has 4 bedrooms, two of which form a separate wing with a shared bathroom. One sea-front bedroom (king-sized bed) has double doors leading to the front verandas, swimming pool and outdoors Whirlpool tub. You need move only a few steps from your bed to find yourself engulfed in the smell of sea, jasmine, and other local aromatic plants. This king bedroom shares a handicapped-accessible bathroom with a second bedroom with sea views, a double bed, a wall-mounted, foldable bunk bed and a chair-bed - it can accommodate up to 4 children. With a separate entrance from the living area, a 3rd, front-facing bedroom features a set of wall-mounted and foldable bunk beds, as well as its own private bathroom. A 4th bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom offers a private garden patio for relaxed serenity.

Moon Io (top floor) was originally designed as the guest villa by the owners, thus it can be rented together with Europa. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other than sharing a stairway/elevator, however, Io is completely independent from Europa, and ideal for families with up to 4 children. The master bedroom (en-suite bathroom) holds spectacular southwestern views of the sea and surrounding landscape and has its own balcony with beautiful sea views. The southeastern Cretan landscape offers a spectacular scenery for sunset and moonlight on the water. The second (garden-view) bedroom has 4 single (bunk-style) beds. The villa has a large private veranda overlooking the back garden, with private loungers, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and dining.

Moon Ganymede (ground floor) possesses a private entrance off the pool terrace. The apartment employs a studio layout and possess a private bedroom with a double bed, a corner couch in the cozy living room, as well as a loft bed ideal for children over 6 years old (or grown-up children too!). A fully equipped kitchen and dining area opens into an outside patio complete with a wooden pergola, where you can enjoy the hot hours of the day. The mornings are best spent in the front patio, outside the living room, where you can enjoy your coffee in the company of a spectacular view of the sea.

Outside of the property there is an infinity swimming pool with adjoining whirlpool, as well as sunbeds and large dinning and sitting areas with comfy sofas. There is a big gate that leads in front of the sea.

Two BBQs are also available for the guests to use during their stay. One BBQ is in the back garden. The second BBQ is private for Io (top floor patio). A private hot tub can be enjoyed on Europa`s balcony.
