On this level there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with air conditioning, TV, wardrobe) offering sea and garden views, and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. A large terrace overlooks the pool and sea.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin (can be converted into a double). Each bedroom has a balcony with garden and sea view, a wardrobe, air conditioning and a TV.
There is also a furnished terrace where you can sit and have a drink while enjoying the views of the surrounding landscape.
From the ground floor an external staircase leads to the lower level where there is an independent studio which can be used for the staff. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, a WC with a shower, a living room with a TV and a kitchenette.
