There is a bedroom and bathroom on this level which can accommodate one or two people. The living room has a lovely open view of the garden and sea from most of the angles of the space. The living room opens to a lovely garden of fruit trees and flowers, which frame your view of the sea and which leads to a private pool and Jacuzzi that allows the guest to bask in the sun while overlooking the sea from atop the high hilltop of Rogdia.

The first floor has a spacious large kitchen with a dining room area and open living room that is filled with light and open to spectacular views of the sea. The living room opens to a spacious balcony, where you can enjoy a meal or a drink overlooking the gorgeous sea and countryside. The space is inviting and the perfect place for socializing and creating memories.

The villa is surrounded by lovely, peaceful gardens which will transport the visitor to another place in time. The garden is a collection of fragrant flowers and fruit trees which frame your view of the blue seas and will make you think you are in a painting.
