On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, beautifully decorated in a traditional style and a stone built fireplace. The living room is connected to the dining area and the open plan kitchen.
On the same level there is also a first master bedroom with a double bed which has access to a terrace and a second bedroom with twin beds which has access to the garden. Both bedrooms share the main bathroom which has a tub.
A wooden staircase on the ground floor leads to a cozy attic. The third bedroom with a double bed is there as well as a WC with a shower room.
All bedrooms have air conditioning units, ceiling fans and heating radiators.
The outdoor of Villa Anastasia is magnificent. The house is surrounded by beautiful shady trees and colourful flowers that spread their scent in the atmosphere.
There is a 32 sqm swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas around it. A few steps from the pool there is a furnished patio with a built in sofa with cushions and tent, a large marble table with extra seats and a stone built BBQ. This area is ideal for an afternoon drink or an evening meal under the stars.
