Omnia Villas is a hilltop holiday residence, with 6 airy bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms ideal for 12-16 guests. Set only a few minutes driving away from the Beach of Kalathas and the town of Chania. Each of the two villas is designed to accommodate 6 guests in the
existing beds and two more (adults or kids) in the sofas that are from
high-quality mattresses. It is divided into three floors that can be
connected either from the stairs or from the elevator.
On
the ground floor, a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the
necessary electrical appliances(fridge, espresso, and French coffee
machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, and dishes-utensils for
all the guests), a living area with a fireplace place, a big flat Smart
TV 60’ with satellite channels and a dining area suitable for 6 guests
are found. On the same floor, near the elevator, there is a WC for all
the guests and a washing machine.
The three
bedrooms of each villa are located on the first and the second floor.
The first bedroom has a double-sized bed(160*200) and ensuite bathroom
with shower, the second one has a double-sized bed(160*200) and an
ensuite bathroom with a bathtub while the third one has a king-sized bed
(180*200) on the roof and a sofa bed that can be converted into two
single beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the balconies, smart TV
with satellite channels, free WiFi access, bath amenities (shampoo and
shower gel) linens and towels (pool and bath) for all the guests, a
hairdryer and high quality of mattresses.
The outside space of Cawe Villa has a private swimming pool of 40sqm,
spacious terraces for dining and relaxing with lounging & seating
spaces. A covered dining area with a built in BBQ corner with kitchen
facilities is next to the swimming pool, where you can enjoy a round of
cocktails laying on the sunbeds around the pool with views of the sea
and surrounding area.
