The area features a 55-inch TV, autonomous air conditioning, and sliding glass doors leading to the outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the pool and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay.
On the same level, there is a bedroom with two single beds (0.90×2.00), which can be joined together with a mattress topper upon request. The room also features a 32-inch smart TV, autonomous air conditioning, hidden lighting, and a spacious wardrobe. On the ground floor, you will also find a storage room, a laundry room, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, providing all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It features a swimming pool, a children’s pool, an outdoor shower, and comfortable, luxurious sunbeds under which you can enjoy the sun. Take a dip in the private 50m² (non-heated) swimming pool with a depth of 1.45 meters, or in the children’s pool with an integrated (non-heated) jacuzzi that is 0.50 meters deep. The jacuzzi pool can reach a maximum temperature of 28°C, depending on the outdoor temperature.
For lovers of outdoor cooking, the villa has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with modern appliances, a gas barbecue, and a dining area with a special cover under which you can enjoy your meal. In the outdoor area, an outdoor fireplace with sofas awaits you, where you can relax and enjoy your drink while gazing at the magnificent sunset that embraces the villa.
